Cancellation Policy

O’WINNIE LTD Co. Pediatric Case Management Services Welcome! This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for families engaging with O’WINNIE LTD Co. Pediatric Case Management Services, which support students within the Dallas Independent School District and surrounding areas. 1. Scope of Services O’WINNIE LTD Co. provides case management and coordination services for children with special needs, including: • Therapy coordination (speech, OT, PT, ABA, etc.) • IEP and special education support • ARD preparation and parent coaching • Appointment organization and calendar support • Monthly check-ins with summary reports • Social-emotional workshops and resource kit classes These services are non-clinical and do not replace evaluations, diagnoses, or direct therapy services. 2. Scheduling and Communication • Services are by appointment only. • Communication may take place via phone, text, email, or secure client portal. • You will receive reminders and follow-up documentation after each session or check-in. • We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours during business days. 3. Attendance and Cancellations • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. • Repeated missed appointments (more than 2 per month without notice) may result in a pause in services. • If we need to reschedule, we will contact you promptly with alternate options. 4. Confidentiality All information shared with O’WINNIE LTD Co. is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., suspected abuse or threats of harm). 5. Fees and Payment • Services are billed per session or monthly, depending on your selected plan. • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.All services are private-pay and designed to support families with children who have special health or dev • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or third-party platforms (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe). 6. Termination of Services You may discontinue services at any time. We ask for notice so we can ensure a smooth transition or referral. O’WINNIE LTD Co. also reserves the right to discontinue services due to non-compliance, lack of communication, or other circumstances that affect service delivery. 7. Agreement By engaging with O’WINNIE LTD Co. Pediatric Case Management Services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. You are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in planning your child’s care.
