Proactive, early support plays an important role in strengthening student outcomes and preventing challenges from becoming more difficult over time. When concerns are recognized and addressed early, students are more likely to remain engaged in learning, maintain confidence in the classroom, and develop the skills they need to succeed. Early guidance also helps families and educators respond thoughtfully, reducing the likelihood that academic, behavioral, or social difficulties will escalate.
Families can access support in several ways depending on their needs. Whether you are just beginning to explore concerns or preparing for a school meeting, the SEN Program offers flexible options to help you navigate the process.

Private Family Support
Work directly with the SEN Program when your child’s school is discussing evaluations, services, or additional support. These sessions focus on helping families understand the process, organize information, and prepare for conversations with school teams.
Initial session $250 Ongoing session: $80
504, IEP/ARD, and Manifestation Determination Review (MDR) Meetings
The SEN Program can attend school meetings with families to provide support during discussions about evaluations, accommodations, behavior supports, and educational plans. Meetings may include 504 meetings, ARD/IEP meetings, Manifestation Determination Review (MDR) meetings, or other school planning meetings.
Initial meeting $180
Ongoing meeting $100
Childcare & Respite Resource Support
Families sometimes need help finding childcare providers who are comfortable supporting children with learning, behavioral, or developmental needs. The SEN Program assists families in identifying potential childcare options with experience supporting children who require additional care and understanding.
Not Sure Where to Start?
If your child’s school has recently raised concerns or mentioned evaluations, many families begin with a Private Family Support Session to better understand the process and possible next steps.
